The Hermanus Ratepayers Association (HRA) is determined to preserve the character and natural beauty of Hermanus. We’ve been serving the Hermanus community for a long time — since the sixties! We work for you. Ons werk vir u. Our public benefit organisation number is: PBO No. 930054881.
The geographical area covered by the HRA is Ward 3 and part of Ward 4, from the Klein River Lagoon in the east to the New Harbour in the west and stretching from the coastline up into the southern slopes of Fernkloof Nature Reserve.
The work we do involves you
We work in co-operation with the Municipality and as a consequence our engagements are productive, our requests for action are responded to and our inputs are valued. Get involved by joining our association today and having a look at our projects.
Become active in your community
Please be encouraged to raise issues with the Executive Comittee which you feel are important. If an issue affects many residents, we can get them onto the Ward 3 agenda. Start by joining if you own property anywhere between Voëlklip and Mount Pleasant.
